We have booked our initial block of rooms at the Embassy Suites;  If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact heard@usc.edu before the hotel.

We were only able to contract at the host hotel for 10 additional King Suites with sleeper sofas at $159.00/nt.  Reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date of Thursday, June 26, 2025, to be eligible for the group rate.

Guestroom types (kings, double/doubles) are not guaranteed and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Upon check-in, each guest must present a valid credit card on which sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the room and tax charges and parking for the length of the guest’s stay, plus the anticipated use of the Hotel’s ancillary services.
